For over 80 years, ISK Biocides and its affiliates have developed and formulated innovative wood protection products for industrial, commercial and residential applications.  ISK Biocides is affiliated with IBC Manufacturing Company, which opened its doors in Memphis in 1933 as Chapman Chemical Company.  Over the years, in our continuing quest for innovation and product improvement, we’ve grown our industrial chemical line and expanded into the residential market with our 1985 introduction of WOODguard^®, a leading brand in log home preservation products.
